- What year and Make is it ??? I can only assume that it is a 134A system. If it is pre 1996 it used an R12 system and will need to be retrofitted to 134A. If it is 2017 and newer it takes R1234YF freon that is super expensive and hard to get for the backyard mechanic......

- The AMT 29 Roadster fenders are a pretty lgood fit for both the Woody and the Roadster Pickup, once you trim out the rumble seat floor. That would also rid you of a lot of that gap.
